RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUNDS: Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns and non-refundable unless damaged.
DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time, but If you have received a defective product, please email email@example.com and include your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are fair and polite with us.
EXCHANGES: Allkem Nails does not accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety standards. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
