By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

Certain areas of the website may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or to access certain content. The website's practices governing your personal information are disclosed in our privacy policy. The decision to provide this information is purely voluntary and optional; however, if you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or participate in certain features of the website.

If you register with the website, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, if any, and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Allkem Nails and sets are non-refundable as they are termed as personal items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety standards. If you experience any defective or shipping issues, please email us at orders@allkemnails.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a detailed description of the issue, your order number and a clear photo of the defective product. All information received will be reviewed for a replacement product to be issued. Each nail set is inspected by the Allkem Nails team up to three times before it ships to your door to help ensure your product meets our quality standards. Allkem Nails is not responsible for any set that has been damaged while under the customer's care.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information and content available on the Site and its "look and feel", including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Allkem Nails, our affiliates, partners or licensors, and is protected by United States and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

Except as set forth in the limited licenses Section contained herein or as required under applicable law, neither the Content nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express, prior written consent.

LIMITED LICENSES

We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the benefits of this Site to any user that cannot consent to receipt of Notices electronically.

User Comments, Feedback, Postcards and Other Submissions. You may submit or post reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, questions, and other content (collectively, "Comments") on the Site as long as your Comments do not contain any Prohibited Content. "Prohibited Content" means Content that:
