HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All our products are shipped using a recorded delivery system. This means a tracking number will be provided to you by email upon dispatch of your product. You can use this to find out the status of your package as it makes its way to you. Standard delivery is as follows:

USA orders take 5-10 working days and up to 21 working days for the rest of the world.

Please note as all nails are handmaid, there is a processing time of 2-4 days for each order then postage time as above.

Though we endeavor to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In these events, we will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer: Please note only that we do not offer a weekend delivery service, therefore the earliest possible dispatch for orders placed on a Friday after 12PM EST will be the following Monday. Customers are responsible for entering their correct delivery address, AllKem will not accept any liability for non-delivery if mistyped/wrong or old addresses have been entered during the order process.

We aim to meet the specified timescales for all our US and International Delivery services, however during busy periods including sales, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The cost of US Standard Delivery is between $3.99-$6.95 depending on service and speed requested.

Standard shipping: $3.99 takes 3-5 days (ships same day if processed before the 10:30 AM EST cut off time)

Priority Shipping: $8.99 takes 2-3 days (ships out the same day if processed before cut off time of 12:00 PM EST)

International Shipping:
$8.99 for Canada
$15.99 for Europe
$24.99 for the rest of the world

Please note customers will be responsible for paying any duty and or tax charges added at the destination country.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES
For hygiene, we do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES as they are personal items. If unsure of type, quality or size, please email us on orders@allkemnails.com and we will be happy to help.
