The longevity of our nails ranges from 10 to 14+ days or beyond, contingent upon the adhesive's quality and the precision of application. Should a nail become loose, simply reattach it using nail glue.

Soft-gel nails and press-on nails are both popular options for achieving beautiful manicures, but they have distinct differences:

1. Material: Soft-gel nails are made from a gel-like nails that is applied directly to the natural nail and cured under UV or LED light. Press-on nails, on the other hand, are typically made from acrylic or plastic and come with adhesive tabs or glue for temporary attachment.
2. Durability: Soft-gel nails are known for their durability and longevity. When properly applied and cared for, they can last up to several weeks without chipping or lifting. Press-on nails, while convenient for temporary use, typically last for a shorter duration, usually a few days to a week, depending on the adhesive used and daily activities.
3. Customization: Soft-gel nails offer more customization options in terms of length, shape, color, and nail art designs. Press-on nails, although available in various designs and shapes, may have limited customization options compared to soft-gel nails.

Soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes or until glue loosens. Gently peel Allkem nails starting from the side. Do not force removal, re-soak nails if required. Remove any excess glue using a buffer and moisturize hands after.

• Absolutely Yes! Allkem nails can be applied multiple times. You can choose to have them as weekend nails or weekly nails. Typically, the total wear time will be around 14-21 days give or take. If you apply them for shorter wear times, you can get a bit more applications.

• One thing to keep in mind is that after removal, you'll want to gently buff the underside of the nails to smooth out any excess glue, which will help make a better surface for re-application.

All our products are shipped using a recorded delivery system. This means a tracking number will be provided to you by email upon dispatch of your product. You can use this to find out the status of your package as it makes its way to you. Standard delivery is as follows:

Please note as all nails are handmaid, there is a processing time of 2-4 days for each order then postage time as above.

Though we endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases.
